  I cut my hand at work and had to receive stitches from here. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half with 2 people ahead of me. When I finally got back to a room, I had to deal with an extremely rude p.a. Waited another half hour to even see a doctor. Once she numbed my hand she disappeared for 45 minutes, claiming she was waiting for the lidocaine to start working. About 15 minutes after she left I started feeling the sharp pain in my hand again. She comes back after another 30 minutes and starts poking my hand to see if I could feel it. She had to re-numb my hand. After it was all said and done, 1 of the stitched proceeded to drag through the cut, causing a lot more pain then help. Definitely will not be coming back here, no matter how big the emergency.
