  My dog got attacked by another dog, bit right in the face under her eye. She's 14 years old and I've never had an experience like that. She was acting ok i was not because her face was cut open. The front Desk lady saw me and my dog and asked to you have an appointment? Yeah I made an appointment a week ago about my dog getting attacked. I didn't say that but was mortified. The vet was good, told me I did the right thing by coming in immediately. But even though it wasn't busy my poor dog and I had to wait 2 hours back in the room. She was in so much pain rubbing her bloody face against the walls. I was on my knees crying thinking she was dying I needed reassurance. They did do a good job with the surgeory 15 stitches. Inside and out. And my dog healed quickly and has just a little scar. I'm grateful for the help but the front Desk secretary older woman needs a little lesson on how to greet and help dog owners feel reassured and that they came to the right place.
